REGISTRATION FEES:
$1,500 = Register by September 22, 2017
$1,800 = September 23 through October 6, 2017
*You must register prior to September 22 to guarantee discounted hotel reservations at the host hotel.
 
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: October 6, 2017
 
This fee may be paid through the registration website with a credit card.
 
  • All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to Lexi.Bales@MarshBerry.com 10 days prior to the start of the conference.
  • Registration fees are not refundable fewer than 10 business days prior to the start of the conference, nor can they be applied to a future conference.
  • Attendee changes cannot be made after October 6, 2017.
